Applied Systems is seeking a Sr. People Operations Specialist to join the People Operations team and drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and scalable solutions.

This role champions continuous improvement and will influence stakeholders across the business to help scale People Operations for future growth. You will partner across Recruiting, HR Partners, Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, HRIS, and vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services, while

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related field.
• Proven experience improving operational processes and maintaining process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Support and optimize People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding).
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and self-service solutions to boost efficiency and employee experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, HRIS, and vendors to deliver high-quality HR services.
• Create and maintain process documentation, knowledge base content, training materials, workflows, and audit-ready controls.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives, analyze service trends, and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
