Job summary

WhiteTech is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own a broad range of people operations and administrative processes for our international team of about 140 employees. You will support onboarding, offboarding, documentation, data integrity, and benefits, while driving process improvements and automation.

You will work across HRIS and other systems, partner with People Partners, and help scale our People functions with an eye toward efficiency and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership.
• Experience with HRIS or other people-related systems and maintaining employee data.
• Experience with HR reporting and data; good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day employee documentation processes and related documents.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS and systems.
• Coordinate benefits administration for an international workforce.
• Prepare regular HR reports and data analyses for stakeholders.
• Update and publish company-wide HR content and policy information.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate People Operations processes.
