Senergy Power Solutions, a women-owned small business in St. Augustine, FL, seeks an HR Manager to run day-to-day HR operations and program management across the employee lifecycle.

You will report to an executive, implement people initiatives, and drive compliance and process improvements on benefits, compensation, and total rewards. Qualifications

• 6–8+ years progressive HR experience in a fast-paced role
• Experience handling multi-state payroll and benefits administration
• Experience creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
• 2+ years HRIS administration
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related software

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management; analyze metrics and propose solutions
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states
• Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding with continuous improvement
• Lead talent acquisition for interns, temps, and FTEs; create JDs and manage interviewing processes
• Maintain performance management systems, succession planning, and annual reviews
• Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and partner with leadership on resolutions
• Administer total rewards programs; research market benchmarks and design benefits plans
• Collaborate with Finance to process biweekly payroll
• Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records
• Conduct market wage analyses and recommend salary structure changes in line with ACA, FMLA, IRS rules
• Coordinate internal training and ISO-9001 compliance
• Support IT onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning
