Job summary

Covera Health is seeking a Senior People Operations Generalist to own the employee lifecycle across Covera and Medmo. You’ll administer core HR systems, manage benefits and leave, and support recruiting for Patient Experience and Patient Operations. You’ll also own the knowledge base and drive automation.

You will partner with People leadership on ER and performance, collaborating with Talent Acquisition to hire, and help scale a remote-first, two-entity organization.

Qualifications

• Own the full employee lifecycle across Covera and Medmo.
• Administer HR systems and maintain data integrity.
• Lead recruiting for specified roles and coordinate hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, changes, leaves of absence, and offboarding for salaried and hourly staff.
• Maintain HR systems and data quality across entities.
• Lead recruiting for specific roles and manage benefits administration.
• Own immigration/visa administration and multi-state compliance.
• Build/maintain the People knowledge base for self-service.
