Covera Health is hiring a Senior People Operations Generalist in New York, NY. This remote-first role oversees the end-to-end employee lifecycle for both salaried and hourly staff across Covera and Medmo, including benefits, leaves, and immigration matters.

You will administer key HR systems and drive process automation with AI where possible. The position reports to the Chief People Officer and offers a base salary of $100K–$120K with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Own the full employee lifecycle across Covera and Medmo — onboarding, changes, leaves of absence, and offboarding for both salaried and hourly employees.
• Administer benefits programs and annual open enrollment, and manage multi-state leave administration.
