Job summary

ICEYE US is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to build scalable people systems as the company grows. This hands-on role combines architecture with execution, designing processes, HRIS governance, onboarding, and compliance while partnering with the Head of People to translate strategy into repeatable operations.

You will manage documentation, LMS, payroll validation, and reporting, and work with IT, Cyber, and security to ensure a compliant, high-performance employee experience across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR/People Operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level.
• Experience building People programs and infrastructure from the ground up.
• Working knowledge of HRIS/PEO platforms; TriNet experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated organizational and documentation skills.
• Fair and compliant judgment on employee relations matters and knowledge of employment law fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement core People Operations processes that can scale as headcount grows.
• Own onboarding and new hire orientation end-to-end.
• Serve as the primary administrator of HRIS/PEO platform (TriNet).
• Support administration of the compensation and job architecture framework.
• Develop and maintain hiring packets, exit packets, and People artifacts.
• Own Confluence page and policy library.
• Own administration of LMS and performance management systems.
• Partner with Facility Security Officer to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and submit compliance reporting (EEO-1, etc.).
• Handle employee relations intake and reporting to Head of People.
• Track People Operations metrics and report findings.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable fixes.
