Job summary

ShopMy is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Operations in New York City to build the data backbone and people operations infrastructure. You’ll own the HRIS, analytics, and processes to enable faster, better-informed decisions across the People team and business.

This build role reports to the VP, People Experience & Operations and may grow a direct report. Expect a fast-paced, high-growth environment with equity and a NYC HQ.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive HR operations experience
• Ownership of an HRIS and people data function
• Strong people analytics: dashboards, storytelling with data
• Experience designing a service delivery model (ticketing, SLAs)
• Comfort with ambiguity and a build-from-scratch mandate
• High trust and discretion with sensitive employee data

Responsibilities

• Own and up-level our people data strategy: manage HRIS data integrity, structure and security
• Build and run our people analytics reporting cadence with dashboards for leadership
• Up-level people operations with a ticketing/service model and self-service resources
• Own our HR tech stack roadmap: tool evaluation, integrations, vendor mgmt
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness for people data (I-9, EEO-1, etc)
• Bridge People with Finance, Legal and IT
• Identify automation/AI opportunities to reduce manual work
