Job summary

ICEYE US in Irvine (Southern California) is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to design and stand up scalable People processes as the company scales. You will own onboarding, HRIS data management, and compliance, while also rolling up your sleeves to get day-to-day work done in a lean team.

This builder-operator role progresses toward oversight as headcount grows, bridging strategy and execution. You will partner with the Head of People to maintain documentation, administer TriNet, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement scalable People Operations processes.
• Own onboarding and new hire orientation end-to-end.
• Administer HRIS/PEO platform (TriNet) and verify payroll data.
• Support compensation and job architecture administration.
• Develop and maintain hiring packets and exit packets.
• Maintain Confluence page and policy library.
• Coordinate with IT and Cyber on internal systems and LMS.
• Ensure compliance reporting (EEO-1, etc.).
• Handle employee relations intake with Head of People.
• Track and report People Operations metrics.
• Identify where manual processes will break as we scale.
