Job summary

Articulate is seeking a Principal People Experience Partner to accelerate organizational capability across Product, Design, and Engineering. You will translate business strategy into practical people solutions, diagnose organizational needs, and influence leadership decisions to shape talent, performance, and change at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR or Talent experience.
• 4+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a SaaS, technology, or similarly complex environment.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering organizations and advising VP-level and more senior leaders.
• Strong judgment and ability to influence senior leaders through complex decisions.
• Track record of owning major cross-functional People programs from design to adoption and measurement.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders, translating strategy into action.
• Lead the talent agenda for assigned client groups, covering organizational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, succession, retention, performance, and development.
• Shape and own company-wide People programs and practices across the People Team, from design to rollout and measurement.
• Leverage people and business data, AI-enabled solutions, and external trends to improve decision-making and experiences.
• Guide leadership through organizational change, diagnosing risks and shaping communication strategies.
• Own engagement approaches for client groups, turning feedback into focused action and evolving engagement practices.
• Provide strategic counsel on employee lifecycle moments impacting the employee and manager experience.
• Lead complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and escalate when needed.
• Drive operational excellence, simplifying and automating work at scale.
• Strengthen the People Partner function across Articulate to raise quality and impact.
