Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Director, People & Culture Business Partnership to steer its HR strategy across regional, corporate and branch leadership. You will translate growth plans into workforce and leadership initiatives, building a high-performance culture and a capable, scalable organization.

You will lead a team of HR professionals, coach leaders, and drive talent reviews, succession planning and capability development across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years HR experience with multi-site scope.
• Strong HR domain skills: workforce planning, org design, succession, ER, compliance, engagement.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and strategic people program experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads a People & Culture Business Partnership team and aligns HR strategy with growth targets.
• Translates growth plans into workforce, organization design and leadership development.
• Provides strategic coaching across leaders and builds bench strength for critical roles.
• Partners to create a high-performance culture, governance and risk management.
