Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Director, People & Culture Business Partnership to lead a segment of the Business Partner function and act as senior people advisor to regional, corporate, and branch leaders. You will align workforce, organization, and leadership plans with Limbach's growth strategy.

The role builds a team delivering operational and strategic HR support across locations, focusing on high-performance culture, capability, and career progression.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
10+ years of progressive HR experience.
Strong HR domain skills: workforce planning, org design, succession, employee relations.

Responsibilities

Leads a People & Culture Business Partnership team to drive P&C strategies across branches and regions.
Translates growth strategy into workforce plans and organizational design as the business scales.
Provides strategic coaching on leadership, performance, culture, and development.
Identifies continuous improvement to improve employee experience and retention.
