Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Director, People & Culture Business Partnership to lead a segment of the Business Partner function and serve as the senior people advisor to regional, corporate, and branch leaders. You will translate the growth strategy into workforce, organization and leadership plans that scale the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Expertise in workforce planning and organization design.
• Experience with succession planning and employee relations.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Solid business and financial acumen; drive results.
• Experience supporting multi-site or field-based workforce.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Must have valid driver’s license; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a P&C Business Partnership team across the organization.
• Coach and develop the team; build readiness for growth.
• Translate growth strategy into workforce plans and priorities.
• Build annual workforce plan linking headcount to growth targets.
• Advise on organization design and governance; drive data-based decisions.
• Provide strategic coaching in leadership, performance, culture and talent.
