Responsibilities

Lead a People & Culture Business Partnership team to align HR strategies with branch, regional and company growth targets.
Translate growth plans into workforce plans, leadership pipelines, and organizational design.
Provide strategic coaching, talent reviews, and succession planning across the organization.
Collaborate across People, Culture and Marketing to deploy talent development and total rewards programs.
Drive continuous improvement in employee experience, retention, and engagement.
