Job summary
Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Director, People & Culture Business Partnership to lead a segment of the People & Culture function and serve as senior advisor to regional, corporate, and branch leaders. You will translate growth plans into workforce and leadership initiatives, building a strong culture and scalable teams across multiple locations.
The role focuses on strategic HR, talent development, employee relations, and organizational design, with a drive to improve engagement,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline required.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, multi-site or field-based.
- Strategic HR with workforce planning, org design and succession planning.
- Strong communication and leadership presence across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead a People & Culture Business Partnership team across branches and regions.
- Translate growth strategy into workforce plans and organizational priorities.
- Provide strategic coaching on leadership, performance, culture and talent development.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and deployment of HR solutions across the business.
