Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Director, People & Culture Business Partnership to guide the workforce and leadership strategy across regions. You will lead a team delivering operational and strategic HR support to branch managers and their leaders, enabling scalable growth and a strong culture.

You will coach leaders on talent, performance, and engagement, drive workforce planning, and partner with HR, marketing, and operations to deploy robust people programs across a multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with multi-site exposure.
• Strong capability in workforce planning, organization design and leadership coaching.

Responsibilities

• Leads a People & Culture Business Partnership team aligned to branch, regional and company growth targets.
• Translates growth strategy into workforce plans, organization design and leadership development.
• Provides strategic coaching on leadership, performance, talent and culture across the organization.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to drive talent reviews, succession planning and capability deployment.
