Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC seeks a Director, People & Culture Business Partnership to lead a segment of the People & Culture function and advise regional, corporate, and branch leadership. The role translates growth plans into workforce, organization, and leadership strategies to scale the business and sustain a best-in-class culture.

The position builds and develops a team delivering operational and strategic support across locations, with a focus on talent and culture initiatives to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Strong HR skills: workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, engagement, performance management, leadership coaching.

Responsibilities

• Leads a People & Culture Business Partnership team to identify, develop and execute critical P&C strategies across the organization.
• Builds culture of high performance, engagement and functional excellence within P&C and the business.
• Coaches and develops the Business Partnership team for capability and career growth.
• Partners to translate growth strategy into workforce plans and organizational strategies at scale.
