Job summary

Paula’s Choice Skincare seeks a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders, drive innovative people practices, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. You will guide organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management across a fast-paced consumer products environment.

The role is hybrid, based in Seattle, three days on-site, with a strong emphasis on coaching, partner leadership, and people analytics to inform decisions and support

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a People/HR Business Partner collaborating with senior leaders.
• Strong expertise across core P&C disciplines: employee relations, talent management, org effectiveness, or change management.
• Experience coaching leaders on complex employee relations, performance, and organizational matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, and employee relations.
• Align people strategies with business priorities to strengthen culture and engagement.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, design, and change management to build high-performing teams.
• Lead talent management processes including performance cycles, reviews, and succession planning.
• Coach leaders through complex workplace issues, investigations, and safety matters.
• Translate business needs into effective people solutions and use data to identify trends and risks.
