New Engen is seeking a senior HR leader to shape our People strategy and partner with senior leadership to drive organizational design, roles, and workforce planning. You’ll coach a team of HR Business Partners and elevate the function to proactive, analytics-driven advisory.

This hybrid Seattle-based (hybrid) role leads talent programs and talent development across the company. You’ll collaborate with executives to create scalable, future-ready policies and practices, ensuring aligned outcomes

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP/People Strategy roles
• Experience managing and developing HR Business Partners
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on complex organizational decisions
• Strong experience with organizational design and workforce planning
• Experience designing company-wide talent programs (performance, succession, development)
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect People strategy to outcomes
• Ability to move between strategy and execution
• Strong coaching and influencing skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure when playbooks are not defined
• Experience leading organizational change or cross-functional initiatives

• Lead and develop our HR Business Partner function, acting as trusted advisors to leaders
• Manage and coach a team of HR Business Partners, set strategy and expectations
• Shape organizational design, job design, and workforce strategy with senior leaders
• Drive workforce and talent planning aligned with business direction
• Build scalable talent practices including performance, succession, and development
• Be a strategic partner to senior leadership and provide data-informed insights
• Lead company-wide People initiatives with the Director of People
• Ensure alignment of People strategy with compensation and HR policies
