HealthierHere in King County is seeking a People & Culture Manager to provide daily leadership and operational oversight of the P&C function. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will supervise the People Partner Lead and People Partner, translating strategy into consistent practices across the employee lifecycle.

You will guide managers on performance, employee relations, policy application, and workforce issues, while overseeing benefits, leaves, recruitment, compensation, and HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years P&C experience; supervisory/coaching background required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance, especially WA state.
• Experience with compensation, benefits, and vendor management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop People Partners and People Partner Lead; manage workload and priorities.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, policies, and service delivery.
• Advise managers on performance, ER matters, and policy application.
• Manage benefits, leaves, workers’ comp, unemployment, and vendor coordination.
• Lead compensation reviews and salary placement with director oversight.
• Drive performance, learning, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Oversee HRIS systems, records, reporting, and data integrity.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR processes with Finance, IT, and Admin.
