HealthierHere is seeking a People & Culture Manager in Seattle to lead the People & Culture function, supervising the People Partner Lead and People Partner. You’ll translate direction into consistent practices, ensuring responsive, compliant support across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll oversee benefits, leaves, recruiting, performance management, and HR systems while partnering across Finance, IT, and Administration to advance health equity initiatives and improve workforce operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years in People & Culture; six years if no degree.
• Experience supervising and coaching employees.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws in WA.
• Experience with HRIS and Paycom or similar systems.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships.
