Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a strategic People & Culture Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals across multiple divisions. You will provide guidance, support leadership development, and drive organizational effectiveness in a rapidly growing mid-sized company.

You will partner with regional leaders, analyze HR data, and ensure legal compliance while managing talent initiatives and P&C programs. Strong communication and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Five+ years of human resources administration experience.
• At least one year of HR management or business partner experience.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate at all levels.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday.
• Knowledge of labor/employment laws & compliance.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Responsabilités

• Partner with division and regional leadership to align People & Culture strategies with business goals.
• Analyze P&C metrics and drive data-based decisions.
• Develop initiatives to support business objectives, employee growth, and core values.
• Interpret and facilitate company policies and documentation for P&C matters.
• Manage leadership training on interviews, hiring, terminations, promotions, engagement reviews, safety, harassment prevention, etc.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Support personnel transactions across divisions (hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations).
• Facilitate employee investigations and recommend corrective actions.
