Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for its AIS unit, based in the Boulder area with a hybrid on-site presence. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning to enable growth in a tech-focused environment.

You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, drive data-driven HR programs, and ensure integrity of HR processes while nurturing Acuity’s culture and values across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, PHR, or GPHR).
• 5–7 years HR experience, including 2–3 years as HRBP/HR manager.
• Hybrid work model with 2 onsite days weekly in Broomfield, CO.
• Travel for business as needed.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with AIS business priorities and design initiatives.
• Coach leaders across HR programs including performance, org design, and development.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and sensitive employee matters.
• Ensure consistent HR policies and processes across functions.
• Deliver enterprise HR programs and tailor to business needs.
• Partner with HR COEs to drive improvements and data insights.
• Maintain accurate HR data and drive capacity planning.
• Guide organizational changes and workforce planning decisions.
• Lead talent initiatives in line with HR strategy.
• Provide regular HR analytics and trend reporting.
• Promote Acuity’s culture and values in leadership practices.
