Job summary

Freenome seeks a highly analytical Senior People Systems and Data Analyst to elevate People data capabilities and drive insight-led decision-making. You will own dashboards, analytics, and reporting to inform hiring, retention, and organizational planning.

Reporting to the Director, People Operations, this hybrid role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights while ensuring data integrity and governance across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years in People Analytics or related roles.
• Experience modifying or implementing People systems.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and interpret workforce data to identify trends and opportunities across recruiting, retention, performance, and engagement.
• Conduct in-depth analyses (attrition trends, hiring funnel, compensation insights).
• Build statistical analyses across the employee lifecycle to surface actionable insights.
• Deliver quarterly executive-ready reporting and recommendations.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and KPIs.
