The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with advanced SQL and data modeling skills, and experience using BI tools like Looker or Sigma. They should possess strong analytical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Oakland, CA or New York, NY, with a flexible work model encouraging weekly in-person collaboration.

Compensation ranges from $156,082 to $195,102 annually.
