Fivetran is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support our People organization, turning complex people data into insights that shape how we attract, develop, engage, and retain talent as we scale. You’ll work across the employee lifecycle from recruiting to retention.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of data, people, and strategy, partnering with People, Recruiting, Finance, and the broader business to improve decision-making and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Define and own core People metrics across headcount, hiring, retention, organizational health, employee experience, and talent development.
• Build scalable analytical products: datasets, models, and self-service tools and dashboards for People teams and leaders to answer questions quickly and consistently.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner; translate analyses into narratives and recommendations for audiences from functional operators to senior leadership; collaborate with Engineers to improve HRIS and ATS connectors.
• Set a high bar for responsible People Analytics: data quality, governance, privacy, access, and responsible use of sensitive employee data.
• Turn people data into decisions: analyze complex datasets to identify trends, surface opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Shape our analytics culture: mentor analysts and partners, establish best practices, and help People teams develop data fluency and decision-making.
