Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to join the HR team in Warren, NJ. This role, based in a hybrid environment, drives analytics to influence workforce decisions and business outcomes.

You will partner across HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to deliver advanced analytics, forecasting, and executive reporting. Strong storytelling and data governance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or related.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with analytics and data transformation tools (Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, KNIME).
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and workforce planning analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analyses identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders for data-driven insights.
• Develop workforce planning analyses, forecasts, and scenario modeling.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Leverage predictive analytics, automation, and AI to improve decisions.
