Everest Global Services, Inc. in Warren, NJ is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to transform workforce data into actionable insights, partnering with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and predictive insights that guide business decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, consulting capability, and business acumen, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights to senior leadership and promote data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, KNIME, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analyses identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in attrition, talent movement, diversity, and productivity.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and leaders to provide data-driven insights.
• Develop workforce planning analyses, forecasts, and scenario models for planning and growth.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting with Power BI and other tools.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Support executive reporting and enterprise metrics through regular and ad hoc reports.
• Leverage predictive analytics, automation, and AI to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity of reporting solutions.
• Serve as SME on people analytics methodologies and reporting best practices.
• Promote data literacy through consultation, training, and mentorship.
