Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to transform workforce data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and workforce planning in a hybrid role based in Warren, NJ. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in analytics or related field and 3+ years in HR analytics, with strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI or similar BI and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analyses identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in attrition and talent movement.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop workforce planning analyses, forecasts, and scenario modeling for growth.
• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and other tools.
• Translate complex workforce data into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Support executive reporting and ad hoc workforce metrics with recurring analyses.
• Utilize predictive analytics, automation, and AI to improve decision-making and reporting efficiency.
