Job summary

Gartner’s HR Technology / People Analytics team uses insights from workforce data to improve associate attraction, development, and retention. You’ll act as a trusted data partner, delivering metrics and reporting to senior leaders across global functions.

In this role, you will collaborate with business partners inside and outside HR, lead recruiting analytics initiatives, and perform ad hoc analyses to support Gartner leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytical subjects or business.
• 5+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to turn data into insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives collaboratively across functions and engage senior executives.
• Proven track record of superior service delivery in a global environment.
• Advanced Excel, PowerBI and presentation/meeting facilitation skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor logical and impactful metrics for key stakeholders.
• Lead and support the development and evolution of recruiting programs to build Gartner for scale, drive high-quality hiring and reduce open positions.
• Drive execution of recruiting best practices and disseminate insights across global talent acquisition teams.
• Proactively identify possibilities to create new or enhance existing reporting to best serve business needs.
• Act as a trusted data partner for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our business partners – both within and outside of HR – to solve business issues.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support both HR and Gartner leadership.
