Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a seasoned Senior People Data Scientist to join the People Experience HR team. You will develop, optimize, and deliver data-driven insights across the employee lifecycle, partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to support strategic workforce decisions.

You will build predictive models, apply advanced statistics and NLP, and elevate analytics capabilities to drive workforce planning, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and enhance data-driven insights across the full employee lifecycle.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and Legal to align analytics with workforce priorities.
• Build predictive models, apply NLP, and deliver insights for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead dashboards to report hiring, performance, attrition, engagement, rewards, promotions, headcount and org health.
• Enable self-service insights by ensuring data quality and user-friendly analytics platforms.
• Define and execute enterprise analytics strategy, advancing from descriptive to predictive and AI-enabled insights.
