Visier Solutions Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive talent enablement and organizational design across an enterprise SaaS environment. You will architect transformation programs, upskill the People Business Partner function, and enable business leaders to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will partner with HR and operations to implement AI-first talent workflows, establish governance, and deliver capability-building tools, diagnostics, and coaching at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in talent management/enablement and org design within enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to guide sales/go-to-market through complex methodology pivots.
• Strong internal consulting, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a function-specific talent enablement roadmap.
• Design and deploy talent management strategies incl. competency modeling and succession.
