Qualifications

• 5+ years in a people analytics role (e.g., HR Solutions/Product Manager, People Data Analyst).
• Hands-on expertise across the analytics stack: SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI, and data integration pipelines.
• Deep experience with Visier product ownership: implementation, governance, dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of HR data, Workday structures, data governance, and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as central product owner for Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, and PowerBI portfolios and drive the roadmap.
• Architect and govern the people data layer; build secure Snowflake data zones and ensure audit-ready data.
• Deliver training and enablement; enhance user experience and drive analytics adoption across P&C.
