Job summary

Providge Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and pension administration software. This remote US role emphasizes deep pension knowledge, requirements management, and collaborating across business, IT, and vendors to implement system improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in BSA, hands-on pension experience, and a track record of analyzing processes, validating data, and supporting testing activities in a defined benefit retirement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• 3+ years supporting pension administration operations and/or pension administration systems.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into clear system requirements.
• Experience creating process documentation and test artifacts.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and software vendors.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and system requirements.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and reviews to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate reviews, resolve ambiguities, and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Maintain traceability between needs, requirements, changes, testing, defects, and solutions.
• Provide analysis support for day-to-day operation and enhancements of the pension system.
• Analyze processes to identify production issue sources and enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors to investigate, resolve, test, and communicate issues.
• Assess impact of changes on rules, calculations, workflows, data, reports, and interfaces.
• Assist with review and validation of system configurations and vendor changes.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, data, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Document test results and track defects through resolution.
• Coordinate testing with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Ensure solutions meet approved requirements and support business processes.
