Job summary
Conduent is seeking an experienced System Analyst to lead analysis and specification work for Brazil Pension Administration, including Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans. You will partner with Product Owners, SMEs, Operations, QA, and Development to analyze requirements, craft functional specs, support testing, and deliver business solutions.
Ideal candidates bring deep pension domain knowledge, strong business and system analysis skills, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps,
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in Pension Administration.
- Strong knowledge of DB & DC pension plans.
- Experience with Brazil Pension & Benefits Administration.
- Strong Business/System Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as SME for DB and DC pension plans.
- Support pension operations, development, and QA teams.
- Create BRD, FRD, RTM, use cases, and process flows.
- Review test scenarios and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Perform impact analysis and ensure requirement traceability.
