Job summary

Neumo seeks a skilled Business Analyst to join our support delivery team in the United States. You will analyze requirements, enhance configuration, train users, and improve business processes to ensure client satisfaction. Experience with Canadian Defined Benefit/DC pensions is preferred.

You will bridge clients and the programming team, gather requirements, document solutions, and support upgrade and implementation projects. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in Canadian pension or benefit experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years systems analyst experience.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Pension plan administration knowledge (DB/DC) and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and data; document solutions.
• Bridge business needs with IT to implement technology solutions.
• Lead analysis and validation of business and system requirements.
• Support client training and ongoing project sessions (JAD).
• Develop and maintain release notes and test plans.
