Job summary

Providge Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT on a pension administration platform. You will gather requirements, support day-to-day operations, and lead testing and process improvements in a remote environment.

The role emphasizes analysis, documentation, and collaboration with vendors, SMEs, and IT to implement system enhancements and ensure high-quality pension processing. 3–6 month contract, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, working sessions, requirements workshops, document reviews, surveys, and other elicitation activities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate requirements reviews, resolve ambiguities, document decisions, and obtain appropriate stakeholder approval.
• Maintain traceability among business needs, requirements, system changes, testing activities, defects, and implemented solutions.
• Provide business analysis support for the day-to-day operation and ongoing enhancement of the pension administration system.
• Develop test plans, test scenarios, detailed test scripts, test data, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend practical improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
