Northwest Administrators, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge between software development and business operations. You will gather requirements, draft functional specs, and drive UAT frameworks, ensuring alignment with operational needs and complex pension configurations.
Hybrid role with on-site Seattle presence three days a week; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this environment and support the full SDLC.

The Business Analyst is a solution-oriented professional who acts as a critical liaison between software development teams and business operations. This role is responsible for supporting the overall systems development lifecycle, specifically gathering and formalizing business requirements and driving user acceptance testing framework. The analyst ensures that business requirements are fully understood, translated and documented, so that development aligns with operational needs. Deep domain-specific knowledge of defined benefit pension plans is a key advantage for success in this role.
