Job summary

START Wellness seeks a Peer Support Specialist Program Supervisor to drive recovery-oriented, person-centered care. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating care, tracking gaps, and ensuring quality assurance across CPSS services.

The role requires NC-qualified credentialing, CPSS knowledge, and supervisory experience. Travel within the region and adherence to agency ethics are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN licensure as defined by NC health services.
• Minimum two years direct experience with relevant member populations.
• Demonstrated understanding of recovery-oriented care and CPSS standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote whole person, integrated care by planning, coordinating and tracking care.
• Coordinate assessments and develop a recovery-oriented person-centered plan.
• Provide supervision to program staff and conduct regular team meetings.
• Maintain timely documentation of care coordination activities.
• Coordinate crisis response and care transitions in line with policy.
