Job summary

START Wellness in North Carolina is hiring a Peer Support Specialist Program Supervisor to promote integrated care and oversee CPSS operations. You will plan, coordinate, track, and close gaps in care while monitoring progress toward each member's person-centered plan.

The role requires supervisory experience, CPSS knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with teams to develop recovery-oriented plans and coordinate transitions in care across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, or related human services.
• RN licensure is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Two years of experience with behavioral health or related populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight for CPSS program.
• Coordinate care transitions and follow-up with members.
• Maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver CPSS supervision within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with staff to develop recovery-oriented plans.
• Lead or co-facilitate recovery groups.
