Qualifications

• Meet North Carolina’s definition of a Qualified Professional per 10A-NCAC 27G.0104.
• Bachelor’s degree in health, psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, or related field or RN licensure.
• Two years of experience with members with behavioral health, I/DD, or TBI needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote whole person, integrated care via PCP-driven coordination and gap closure.
• Complete CPSS certification and understand recovery principles and ethical standards.
• Coordinate assessments and develop recovery-oriented, person-centered plans.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation and supervise program staff monthly.
