Job summary

START Wellness, Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Peer Support Specialist Program Supervisor to promote integrated, person-centered care, coordinate care plans, track progress, and close gaps in services for members.

You will lead CPSS certification and supervisor training, supervise program staff, ensure timely documentation, and collaborate with the integrated care team to develop recovery‑oriented plans and effective community resource linkages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, or another relevant human services area; licensure as RN acceptable.
• Two years of experience working directly with members with behavioral health conditions or I/DD/TBI as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Promote whole person, integrated care by planning, coordinating, tracking, closing gaps in care and monitoring care to members.
• Lead CPSS supervisory activities and ensure adherence to recovery principles and NC CPSS certification standards.
• Complete mandatory CPSS supervisor training within 90 days of hire.
• Coordinate care transitions and maintain communication with care team and community resources.
• Maintain medical record compliance and timely documentation of care coordination activities.
• Provide supervision and foster professional growth among program staff; plan, delegate, and review work.
