Phoenix Children’s is seeking a Sr Consumer Strategies Manager to lead data-driven marketing initiatives, focusing on patient acquisition, retention and brand growth for its pediatric services. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and collaborates across provider areas to optimize campaigns, content, and consumer experience.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, budget oversight and performance analytics to enhance loyalty, engagement and revenue across service lines.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual service line marketing plans with focus on patient acquisition and retention using data and KPIs.
• Manages service line digital content including online physician bios and blogs.
• Develops communications to referring physicians to educate and generate new patient referrals.
• Oversees consumer or physician research initiatives and reports results to improve the consumer experience.
• Serves as Marketing’s primary contact for service lines and related programs.
• Oversees ad campaigns and other marketing initiatives with paid media, ensuring readiness for patient journeys.
• Analyzes industry and service line trends to inform strategies and decisions.
• Monitors digital marketing performance and coordinates with the Digital Services team on budget and website readiness.
