Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and community partners to increase referral sources.
• Visit local facilities, daycares, and preschools to conduct developmental screenings and generate new referrals.
• Collaborate with operations teams to assess potential client eligibility (clinical and financial).
• Support families during the pre‑admission process, maintaining clear and compassionate communication.
• Develop and implement local business development strategies in assigned markets.
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans aligned with facility goals.
• Ensure that company branding and image standards are upheld in all external communications.
• Participate in rebranding activities for new acquisitions or service expansion.
