Job summary

You will partner with executive leadership on high-visibility presentations and business cases, and mentor Associates as you build management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, health system operations, or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assesses future of pediatric specialties & key innovation trends with emphasis on population health and new clinical innovations.
• Conducts external market scans and competitive assessments, including large datasets, peer landscape research, and financial impact analyses/P&L modeling as needed.
• Develops service line growth goals and strategic options for senior leadership, including due diligence, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Supports development of enterprise, service line, and functional strategies aligned with BCH's mission; translates recommendations into clear questions for teams.
