The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in energy storage sales, deep knowledge of inverter technologies, and proven success in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems industries.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including RFPs, contract negotiation, and deal closing.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in utility, commercial/industrial, and renewable energy sectors.
• Manage key accounts and customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, project management and finance teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting ESS.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
