Job summary
Nextpower in Mesa, Arizona seeks a Sr Technical Sales Engineer to support the growth of the APEX power conversion business, including inverter and PCS product lines, across the energy solutions portfolio. This role engages customers, developers, EPCs, integrators, utilities, and strategic partners.
You will bridge customer needs with commercial strategy, product capabilities, engineering, manufacturing and sales leadership, requiring deep knowledge of power electronics, energy storage systems,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, inverters, PCS, and energy storage systems.
- Experience interacting with customers, developers, EPCs, utilities, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Support sales teams across multiple disciplines.
- Contribute to product launches, market expansion, and growth initiatives.
- Engage in technical sales with customers for inverter, PCS, and energy storage solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service.
- Resolve complex customer and technical issues with sound business judgment.
- Represent Nextpower with customers and industry partners.
- Provide market intelligence and influence product roadmap priorities.
- Align customer commitments, technical scope, delivery, and commercial priorities.
