Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager with 10+ years in electronics manufacturing and 5+ years in project management to relocate to Albuquerque and lead strategic growth in the Southwest Rockies region.

You will oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering, drive NPI, DFx, cost reduction, and build high-performing cross-functional teams across aerospace, military, and industrial accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as a core Albuquerque Leadership Team member.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manage capital spend and budgets.
• Direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, large-scale transfers, BOM/ECN integrity.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and compliance with RoHS and environmental rules.
• Act as technical liaison for aerospace, military, and defense accounts.
