Qualifications

• 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across product, process, and test engineering.
• Oversee engineering operations including budgets, capital spend, and prioritization.
• Direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, and lifecycle management.
• Drive DFx and cost-reduction initiatives and ensure compliance with standards (RoHS, etc.).
• Advocate for key accounts and align engineering roadmaps with customer needs.
