Responsibilities

• Lead strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as part of the Albuquerque Leadership Team.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering with capital spend and budgeting oversight.
• Direct end-to-end NPI, lifecycle management, DFx, and cost-reduction reviews.
