Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Albuquerque seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager with 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and 5+ years in formal project management to lead strategic growth. Relocation to the Southwest Rockies region is welcomed.

You will oversee product, process, and test engineering, drive NPI, DFx, cost-reduction initiatives, and align plant operations with corporate roadmaps while partnering with aerospace and defense accounts.

Qualifications

10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
5+ years in formal Project Management.
3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
Experience with aerospace, military, and industrial customer accounts.
B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.

Responsibilities

Shaping strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as part of the Albuquerque Leadership Team.
Oversees Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manages budgets and cross-functional prioritization.
Directs NPI & lifecycle management, rapid prototyping, large-scale transfers, and DFx reviews.
Drives continuous quality improvements and compliance with RoHS/Conflict Minerals environmental standards.
Acts as technical and executive liaison for key aerospace/defense accounts.
